Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not take returns.

If you receive a product that is faulty or defective, you can contact the manufacturer directly. All of the electronic toys we stock have warranties covering at least 1 year.

We typically pack and ship packages within 48 hours after receiving your order.

Depending on how far away you are from Virginia, it usually takes between 2-6 days for your order to be shipped via USPS.

Please note: we do not use dropshipping services. A person at our store will be packing your order, so order processing times can be impacted by holidays, weather, etc.

You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is shipped. We currently ship only within the United States.

Of course! All orders are shipped in plain packaging (cardboard boxes or bubble mailers). Our store name is listed as FDB SHIPPING.

There is no law in our locality that sets an age limit to buy our products. We do not sell pornography or other age-restricted items. Heck, you can buy vibrators at like, the grocery store now. But shop here instead!

All products available online are also available at our store in Richmond, Virginia. There are even more products in store than are listed online! We offer same day pickup during normal business hours.

We do not currently have a way to display in stock inventory at our little shop in Charlottesville, but you are welcome to contact us with specific inquiries!
